What You'll Do (As GSM & Market Manager-in-Training)
Inspire and Coach: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing multi-mediasales team, elevating account executives into confident, consultativemarketing strategists.
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop innovative, integrated audio and digitalmarketing strategies that deliver measurable value to our local businesspartners.
Immerse in the Operation: Work closely with all internaldepartments—programming, creative, digital, promotions, and traffic—tounderstand the full scope of our business.
Prepare for Transition: Actively shadow and collaborate with the retiringMarket Manager to absorb operational, financial, and complianceresponsibilities, ensuring you are ready to take the reins within the year.
