Job description
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned GSOC Director to set the enterprise-wide strategic direction for security operations in a 24/7 environment. You will oversee the GSOC, Intelligence, and Emergency Management programs, delegating day-to-day execution to a capable leadership team.
You will build partnerships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and MGM properties, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in security deliverables while guiding change management
