Job Overview:
ProsegurSecurity is looking for Full-TimeSOC Operators in the Alpharetta area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This is a critical position meant to safeguard our clients and what they value the most.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Track employee time andattendance.
Monitor alarms and electronic securitysystems.
Track the progress of securitypatrols.
Receive calls from interior guardposts.
Respond to clientrequests.
Facilitate incident responseefforts.
Initiate notification and escalation procedures
Document significantincidents.
Perform primary analysis of operationalprocedures.
Provide assistance tocustomers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professionalmanner.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Security Guard License
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have 1 year of experience as a securityofficer.
Minimum1year ofcustomer service experiencerequired.
Minimum 1 year of dispatch/SOC experiencerequired.
Musthave reliabletransportation.
Musthave goodcommunicationsskills.
Ability to think clearly during crisis orhigh stressperiods.
Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethicalbehavior.
