Job description
Okta is seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Compensation leader to design and operationalize incentive plans for our sales and customer-facing teams. You will build scalable processes, partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and Legal, and translate complex compensation strategies into actionable plans.
You will drive data-driven decisions, develop metrics, and ensure systems deliver accurate insights while promoting efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the GTM organization.
