Job description
Encord is seeking a GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for the commercial organization. You will partner with leadership and the Head of Talent to translate business priorities into hiring plans and pipelines.
This role focuses on speed, urgency, and creative sourcing to deliver top GTM talent. You will own searches end-to-end, optimize with funnel data, and drive decisions that accelerate hiring velocity while maintaining high candidate quality.
