Job description
Hawkwood is partnering with an innovative Series B SaaS company to lead full-cycle GTM hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other GTM teams in the US. The role blends hands-on sourcing with strategic partnership, in a hybrid pattern based in Manhattan.
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of GTM recruiting experience, preferably from a scaling tech environment or agency, and a knack for building structure where none exists.
