Job description
Rock City Gardens Admissions Partner will be the first touchpoint for guests, delivering a warm, professional experience at the Ticket Desk and Cornerstone Gift Shop.
Role includes accurate ticket sales, annual pass processing, and clear guest communication under the Guest Relations & Admissions Manager to support the mission of creating memories worth repeating.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, is required to meet guest needs and peak times.
