Job description
NDM Hospitality Services is seeking a motivated Guest Service Ambassador to join our team in Florida. This on-site role greets guests, assists with check-in/check-out, handles payments, and shares information about resort services and local activities.
The position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
