Job description
The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead guest services, front desk, concierge, and related operations at our waterfront Washington, D.C. property.
You will drive service excellence, manage budgets, supervise a multi‑department team, and collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Revenue Management, and Sales to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
