Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, train and develop a team, and ensure a consistently superior guest experience while driving sales goals.
This onsite role requires a people-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example and foster a culture focused on guests' needs.
Education: High School diploma or GED; Experience: 1–2 years in retail.
