Job description
The Lead Server at the Culinary Institute of America is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a positive experience while overseeing The Tavern’s service and maintaining high standards of courtesy and efficiency.
You will train servers, manage schedules, greet guests, take orders, record sales, and operate OpenTable, while upholding CIA policies and delivering exceptional hospitality with energy and teamwork.
