Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experiences, services, and retail performance across salons, boutiques, and makeup counters.
The EM will own guest satisfaction (NPS), drive top-line sales, coach and develop staff, ensure operating standards and compliance, and model Ulta Beauty’s mission and values in a fast-paced retail environment.
