The Santa Clara Marriott is hiring a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time hotel guest-services role in Santa Clara, California.
The role delivers service throughout each stay, processes guest requests, completes reports, shares local area information, and creates guest transactions that meet the property's quality standards.
Front desk hotel experience is preferred; no related work experience is required, and day and evening availability is preferred for shifts.
