Job description
The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a Front Entrance Experience Specialist to own the check-in experience at the arena, greet guests, verify credentials, and maintain a secure and welcoming environment. This role blends hospitality with security to ensure every visitor feels valued from arrival through connection with their host.
You will manage visitor flow, assist with events, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards while delivering thoughtful, consistent service.
