Job description
Costa Vida is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a shift, ensuring brand standards, food quality, guest service, and sanitation. The Shift Lead acts as Manager on Duty when the General Manager or Assistant General Manager is not present.
You will train teammates, address guest concerns, uphold the Quality Assurance program, and ensure proper food temperatures. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational excellence with HAACP awareness and adherence to portioning guidelines.
