Job description
Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach who supports the Head Coach to drive store performance. This role focuses on training, coaching, and maintaining a guest-focused environment while adapting to changing priorities and upholding standards.
The Assistant Coach will help recruit and onboard talent, lead development plans, and ensure safety, cash handling, and policy compliance. A dynamic, energetic team player who loves sports is ideal.
