Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, train, and develop staff, uphold exceptional hospitality, and drive performance across all hours of operation.
You will own the full employee lifecycle, manage scheduling and P&L, forecast sales, and ensure high standards of food safety and guest experience. A strong focus on teamwork and community engagement is required.
