Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop great people, build a winning culture, and run a strong business from the front.
You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, ensure speed of service and guest satisfaction, manage P&L, schedules, and sales forecasting, and mentor crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices to deliver exceptional hospitality.
