Job description
Target in New Britain, CT seeks an Executive Team Leader to drive guest service, operations, and sales goals in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, recruit and develop leaders, and partner with store leadership to execute plans while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
