Guest Reception RepresentativeAs a Guest Reception Representative, you will courteously greet guests to provide a positive environment for Guests and Owners, in support of the Sales team. You will be responsible for updating the system with tour information and assigning guests to Sales Executives according to the sales rotation. We've also earned accolades for the remarkable work of our dedicated Team Members throughout our resorts, call centers and corporate offices.ResponsibilitiesAs the Guest Reception Representative, you will be responsible for:Delivering outstanding customer service by providing a warm welcome and ensuring guest happiness, encouraging a memorable and positive atmosphere.Efficiently identifying and assigning guests to Sales Executives and Leaders, using a strategic rotation system to improve engagement and sales opportunities.Serving as the primary point of contact, managing incoming telephone calls and providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries.Ensuring meticulous logging of tour assignments in the HGV system and manual logs, coupled with detailed reporting of tour information.Maintaining and interpreting tour rules, consistently updating Sales Executive rotations to ensure process integrity and efficient performance.Conducting comprehensive inventory management, keeping café and refreshment areas well-stocked to facilitate an inviting environment.Supervising financial transactions, including issuing Taxi/Uber reimbursements and balancing extra premiums, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accuracy.Optimally coordinating with the transportation team to arrange seamless pick-up and drop-off services for guests and owners, improving the overall experience.QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:At least one year of experience in customer serviceHigh School/GEDCapacity to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environmentIntermediate digital literacy: Microsoft Office SuiteFlexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree or College DiplomaWhen you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you join a group of Team Members dedicated to helping Owners and Guests around the world make every vacation they take a memorable one.
