Job description
Highgate Hotels in Johnson City, NY, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to guests throughout shifts.
You will thoroughly clean rooms to standards, restock carts, report maintenance issues, handle Lost and Found, and ensure overall guest satisfaction while upholding safety and cleanliness in a busy hotel environment.
