Abra Auto Body (a division of Dahl Automotive) in La Onalaska, WI is a premier auto body repair facility, recognized as a top choice for many insurance companies in the area, which means the shop is always full and you can be productive and successful! As a Guest Service Coordinator, you will bring your customer service skills and experience to work with customers and insurance companies through the vehicle repair process post-collision. The majority of work is dictated by insurance company coverage, so selling skills are not necessary!ResponsibilitiesParticipate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines.Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs.Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.Ensure customers' cars are kept clean and tidy to improve customer happinessConsult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industry.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer proficiencyPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityI-CAR Certification, preferredEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeammate with collaborative mindsetMath, reading, and software skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordAs part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
