Guest Service Representative: Be the face of our hotel and provide the best possible experience for our guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phones, processing payments, assisting with guest requests, maintaining the front desk and lobby areas, and setting up the breakfast display. You'll have the empowerment to resolve guest issues through our Make it Right process. High School Diploma or GED required, plus one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English and operate property management system technology.
