Guest Services Representative
As a GSR, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing the best possible experience for our guests. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, process payments, resolve guest issues, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment. This role includes setting up daily breakfast displays, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and cross-training in housekeeping when needed. We're looking for team members who embrace our service culture and treat everyone with respect and kindness.
