Join us for an in-person hiring event! We're recruiting for Guest Services Representative, Housekeeper, and Maintenance positions at Extended Stay America Hotels.

Guest Services Representative Role:
The Guest Services Representative position is responsible for providing the best possible experience for our guests. You'll assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, collect payment, and maintain the front office. Additional duties include setting up and maintaining the breakfast display, processing reservations, handling in-house balances, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby and common areas. Cross-training in housekeeping and laundry areas is provided.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to communicate in English proficiently and operate property management system technology. Must demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
