Join us for our on-site hiring event! We're looking for friendly, guest-focused team members to join our Extended Stay America hotel team in San Jose.

Open roles for San Jose:
Guest Service Representative: Provide exceptional guest experiences by checking guests in and out, answering phones, processing payments, and resolving guest issues. Maintain the front desk, lobby, and common areas. Setup and takedown breakfast displays. Cross-training opportunities in housekeeping and laundry areas available.
Additional positions: Housekeeper PT, Night Guest Laundry PT, Team Lead

About the Guest Service Representative role:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. High School Diploma or GED preferred, along with one to three months of related experience. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English, operate property management systems, and apply good judgment to manage and solve guest-related issues in accordance with company guidelines.
