Part-time Guest Services Representative - Starting pay $14.42 hourly
As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of Extended Stay America, assisting guests, processing reservations and payments, checking guests in and out, and answering phones. You'll help resolve guest issues through our Make it Right process, maintain the front desk and lobby areas, set up and maintain our breakfast display, and ensure all guests receive exceptional service. This role includes cross-training opportunities in housekeeping and laundry areas.
