Job TitleSchedule: Part Time - Weekends Only (0-24 hours/week) (Saturday and Sunday only)Department Supported: Patient ExperienceWork Location: North HospitalPrimary Responsibilities:Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.Candidate Requirements:High School Diploma/GED required.Candidate Preferred:Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
