Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Hotel Manager, the Guest Services Manager oversees Front Desk activities, focusing on five-diamond guest service and team member relations. Key responsibilities include:
Managing Front Desk performance to meet business objectives
Coaching Team Members for exceptional guest service
Scheduling, training, and managing disciplinary matters
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Resolving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction
Collaborating with other departments such as PBX, Reservations, and Housekeeping
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Hotel Front Desk management at a high-occupancy resort
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency (LMS knowledge preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for report and inventory management
