Part-time Guest Services Representative - The Guest Services Representative position is responsible for providing the best possible experience for our guests. You'll assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment in accordance with company guidelines. You'll also maintain the front office, setup and takedown breakfast displays, and ensure company safety and security procedures are followed. This role includes empowerment to resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process and cross-training opportunities in housekeeping and laundry areas.
