Job description
Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking 1st Shift Front Desk and Phone Customer Service Associates to greet guests and handle inquiries with a guest-first mindset.
You will manage multi-line calls, assist with check-in/check-out, and support hotel operations while delivering superior service. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with options for full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles on-site.
