Guest Services SupportExpress Employment is hiring for a Guest Services Support in Sevierville, TN.Responsibilities Include:Manage and resolve customer concernsAssist guests with check-in procedures ensuring that all required paperwork and paymentArrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.Act as telephone operator as needed.Promote servicesMaintain accurate recordsAdditional clerical duties as assignedQualifications Include:Guest Services experience required (2-3 years)Comfortable with computer workExceptional Customer Service experienceShift:9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PMWeekend availability requiredBenefits included:Vacation PayMedical Insurance401(k)Referral BonusesApplying for this job is easy!
