Job description
Build-A-Bear is seeking a Manager, Guest Technology & Personalization in St. Louis to own Guest-facing store tech, omnichannel fulfillment, and personalization platforms.
You will ensure reliability, compliance, and readiness while shaping enhancements and future requirements. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate pilots and launches, and partner with IT, product, and vendors to deliver engaging guest experiences across POS, apps, and personalization workflows.
