Job description
RTX is seeking a Guidance Section Technical Lead for the Stinger Block I Production Program in Tucson, AZ. You will lead a multi‑disciplinary hardware team, coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and government customers, and ensure technical rigor across the GS scope.
You will drive production readiness, analyze data, and mentor team members while interfacing with program leadership. The role requires strong leadership and actionable insights to meet ambitious schedules.
