Gutter Install CrewJoin an established team. Put your experience to work. KGuard of Boston is looking for experienced, dependable gutter installers to join our growing installation team. We are looking for individuals who already have hands-on gutter installation experience and understand what it takes to complete residential projects safely, efficiently, and with a high level of workmanship.What we offer:Great subcontractor wagesStable, year-round workOpportunity for increased compensationConsistent installation scheduleProfessional and organized work environmentOpportunity to join a growing companyWhat we're looking for:Prior gutter installation experience requiredExperience installing seamless gutter systemsExperience with gutter protection systems preferredAbility to measure, cut, form, and install guttersExperience installing downspouts and drainage componentsAbility to properly remove and replace existing gutter systemsComfortable working on ladders and at heightsKnowledge of proper job-site and ladder safetyAbility to use hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipProfessional when working at customers' homesReliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a crewValid driver's license preferredExperience matters. We are looking for installers who can bring their existing gutter experience to KGuard of Boston and become a productive part of our installation team.
