Gutter Installation TechLocation: Seymour, IN Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)Job SummaryRoyalty Roofing is seeking a skilled reliable Gutter Installer to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring, gutting, fabricating, and installing gutters, downspouts, and related drainage systems on residential and commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesInstall seamless and sectional gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and accessories.Operate gutter fabrication machines/equipment safely.Ensure proper slope and drainage alignment for optimal water flow.Remove and dispose of old damaged gutter systems.Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and harness in compliance with OSHA standards.Inspect completed for quality and leaks.Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site.Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Work on a team and well with others.QualificationsPrior experience in gutter installation, roofing, or construction preferred.Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding work.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and customer services skills.Onsite Training.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to climb ladders and work on rooftops.Extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experienceFull-time, year-round workOpportunities for advancement401(k) with company matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)Benefits may be subject to a waiting period.ScheduleDay shiftMonday–FridayOvertime availableOccasional weekends as neededWork LocationIn person (Seymour, IN)We Encourage You to ApplyWe welcome applications from: Veterans and military-experienced candidates, Individuals returning to the workforce, Candidates with employment gaps, Applicants covered under Fair Chance hiring practicesIf you're an experienced construction professional looking for a company that values quality work, teamwork, and opportunities for growth, apply today!
