Job description
The Little Gym in New Jersey is seeking a Gym Director to oversee a busy location, driving daily operations and delivering our curriculum with energy and care for kids aged 4 months to 12 years. You will lead a team, hire and train staff, ensure outstanding customer service, grow enrollments, maintain the facility, and manage program quality while upholding our safety standards.
