This full-time exempt senior management role oversees hiring, training, development, and overall gym execution to deliver dues, revenue, and profit while modeling company values. Responsibilities include delivering a superior member and team experience, managing top and bottom lines of the P&L, leading the fitness and gym operations, overseeing sales processes, and hiring and scheduling staff.
