Job description
The Pad is seeking a hands-on leader to run its Las Vegas gym, overseeing staffing, training, and daily operations. You will hire and develop a complete team, manage budgeted initiatives, and build strong local relationships to make the gym a valued community hub.
You will handle staffing decisions, performance conversations, and ensure safe, dependable operations while coordinating with Marketing and Programs for events and promotions.
