You'll step into a thriving, turn-key practice with an established patient base, strong referral patterns, and a true multidisciplinary team behind you. This is a rare opportunity to practice full-scope gynecologic oncology with immediate impact and exceptional institutional support.
Position Highlights
Full-time, full-scope gynecologic oncology practice with immediate patient volume
Balanced schedule: approximately 2.5-3 clinic days per week and 2 dedicated surgery days
OR block time available at both the hospital and an outpatient surgery center
Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems onsite
Minimal ramp-up - established referral base and experienced support staff in place
High autonomy with flexible scheduling options
Collaborative practice alongside medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and more
Commission on Cancer (CoC) three-year accreditation with Commendation Award - meeting or exceeding all 36 standards of care
What We Offer Competitive compensation: $414,000-$637,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)
