Job description
Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator 2. The RN will collaborate with physician practices and multi-disciplinary teams to promote effective utilization of services and coordinate care for patients within the Cancer Center service line.
The role focuses on psychosocial, financial and clinical needs assessment, care coordination, education, and leadership within the professional practice model.
