About the Facility This acute care hospital provides comprehensive gynecological oncology services across clinic, inpatient, and operating room settings. The facility operates at a high clinical volume and maintains established protocols and appropriate resources to support coordinated care delivery. On-site support infrastructure is in place to facilitate quality gynecological oncology coverage throughout each assigned coverage period.
About the Facility Location Kentucky offers a range of attractions suited to varied interests, including natural landmarks such as Mammoth Cave National Park and Red River Gorge, as well as sporting venues and cultural destinations. The state features more than 170 miles of multi-use natural surface trails and over 20,000 acres of parks and green spaces available for outdoor recreation. Clinicians on assignment may also explore bourbon distilleries, horse farm tours, and museums throughout the region.
About the Clinician's Workday The gynecological oncologist will provide inpatient and outpatient coverage across clinic, inpatient, and OR settings, managing both gynecological cancer and benign GYN procedures in a high-volume practice. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with night call coverage from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM and weekend call from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM. APP supervision is required as part of this assignment. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system.
