Job DescriptionGynecologist (GYN – Surgical)\ NEmployment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $300,000 Base Salary + Productivity/Outcomes Bonus
Position Overview\ NSeeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gynecologist with 5+ years of clinical and surgical experience to provide comprehensive gynecologic care and perform conventional open and laparoscopic procedures.
\ NRobotic surgery is not required.
Responsibilities\ N Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care and consultations.
\ N Diagnose and manage fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause-related concerns, and other benign gynecologic conditions.
\ N Perform conventional open and laparoscopic procedures , including hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy/oophorectomy, D&C, endometrial ablation, tubal ligation, pelvic floor/prolapse repair, LEEP, and cone biopsy.
\ N Conduct pre-operative evaluations, informed consent, post-operative care, and follow-up.
\ N Order and interpret ultrasounds, biopsies, Pap smears, and other diagnostic testing.
\ N Coordinate care with oncology, anesthesia, nursing, primary care, and surgical teams.
\ N Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in call coverage as required.
\ N Qualifications MD or DO degree.
\ N Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency.
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN/Gynecology.
\ N Active, unrestricted medical license.
\ N Current DEA registration.
\ N Minimum 5 yearsof practicing Gynecology experience .
\ N Demonstrated proficiency in open and non-robotic laparoscopic gynecologic surgery .
\ N Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
\ N Preferred Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
\ N Experience with complexor high-risk benign gynecologic cases.
\ N Surgical oncology experience.
\ N Bilingual skills are a plus.
\ N Compensation & Benefits \ N $300,000 Base Salary , commensurate with experience.
