Job DescriptionGynecologist (GYN – Surgical) Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $300,000 Base Salary + Productivity/Outcomes Bonus
Position Overview Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gynecologist with 5+ years of clinical and surgical experience to provide comprehensive gynecologic care and perform conventional open and laparoscopic procedures.
Robotic surgery is not required.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care and consultations.
Diagnose and manage fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause-related concerns, and other benign gynecologic conditions.
Perform conventional open and laparoscopic procedures , including hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy/oophorectomy, D&C, endometrial ablation, tubal ligation, pelvic floor/prolapse repair, LEEP, and cone biopsy.
Conduct pre-operative evaluations, informed consent, post-operative care, and follow-up.
Order and interpret ultrasounds, biopsies, Pap smears, and other diagnostic testing.
Coordinate care with oncology, anesthesia, nursing, primary care, and surgical teams.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in call coverage as required.
Qualifications MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN/Gynecology.
Active, unrestricted medical license.
Current DEA registration.
Minimum 5 years of practicing Gynecology experience .
Demonstrated proficiency in open and non-robotic laparoscopic gynecologic surgery .
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Preferred Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
Experience with complex or high-risk benign gynecologic cases.
Surgical oncology experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits $300,000 Base Salary , commensurate with experience.
