Work Dates Needed: October - ongoing
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-4p - Alternating weekday and weekend call
Worksite Setting: 2 clinic days, 3 OR days
Scope of Work: 10-15 clinic visits per day, 2-4 surgical cases per OR day
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, Active IN license, CSR, Active DEA
