July 27 (Monday) starting 7am to August 8 (Saturday) ending 8am
Sept 19 (Saturday) starting 7am to Oct 12 (Monday) ending 8am

Shift Details:
July 27 (Monday) starting 7am to August 8 (Saturday) ending 8am
Sept 19 (Saturday) starting 7am to Oct 12 (Monday) ending 8am
Friday evening - Friday morning but can be super flexible on this (7 day blocks)
Schedule:
Day OR/Office - after hours call only (APPs take first call) M-F
Clinic - 8-4:30pm (30 min lunch)
OR - 7 or 8 - 4 or 5 (8 hours day)
24 hour call on weekends
Work Details:
Support Staff: 2 MAs - 3 APPs
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week with some exceptions
Patients per day: OFFICE - 15/20 OR as needed
Patient Population/Age: >18
Department Description: 1 surgeon, 3 APPs
EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
•Academic/Training - Academic hospital - residents assigned to service on rotation
•Ambulatory Surgery Center - yes
•Clinic/Private Practice - Medical group practice
•Hospital - York hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE in Gyn Onc
License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ
DEA: required
Credentialing Timeframe: temps avail with a clean file
2hr Gratis
Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
