Job description
A surgical services group in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA who is passionate about surgery and enjoys the operating room. This is an operating room only position with quality of life schedule and opportunity for a clear path to professional growth. Please see position details below.
Schedule
Monday–Friday and approximately 30–35 hours per week. Guaranteed salary.
No on-call responsibilities or weekends
No clinic, orders or hospital rounding
There will be light days during the week where you'll be wrapping up by noon.
Compensation
Guaranteed base salary negotiable based on experience.
Sign on Bonus up to $15,000
Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $8k per year
Relocation stipend offered

Case Mix & Responsibilities
Assisting on gynecology and urology cases including but not limited to: hysterectomies, oophorectomy, myomectomy, tubal reversal and pelvic organ prolapse repair.
Assisting the surgeon with retraction, suction, assisting through the first assist port, docking da Vinci robot, placing trocars and closing deep fascia.
License and Experience
Candidates must have or be eligible for a Texas PA or NP/RNFA license. Relocation assistance and help with out of state licensure offered!
Candidates must have at least 1 year of gynecology or general surgery experience.
Gynecology and general surgery Physician Assistants and NP/RNFA's across the Dallas area, including Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Richardson, Garland, McKinney, and Fort Worth, are encouraged to apply. Relocating candidates are welcome.
