Gynecology opening in Pennsylvania- Full time- Warren, PA Overview A hospital-employed practice is seeking a Gynecologist with robotic surgery experience to join an established team with a strong referral base. This role offers a balanced outpatient and surgical practice with no labor & delivery responsibilities-ideal for physicians prioritizing work-life balance and procedural gynecology. Practice Details Hospital-employed position Flexible schedule (2-5 days/week) Established referral network with large catchment area Team includes: 1 part-time physician 1 nurse midwife 1 nurse practitioner Recently renovated clinic space EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon voice recognition Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive gynecologic care Perform robotic and minimally invasive surgeries (DaVinci Xi available) Manage conditions such as: Pelvic organ prolapse Hormonal disorders Contraceptive needs Perform in-office procedures: Hysteroscopy Colposcopy LEEP Provide prenatal care up to 32 weeks and postnatal follow-up Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams Optional teaching of 3rd- and 4th-year medical students Practice Environment Modern surgical technology including DaVinci Xi robot Onsite lab and radiology services Supportive and collaborative clinical team Strong infrastructure for patient care and workflow efficiency Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience with robotic surgery preferred Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania Strong surgical and clinical skills Compensation & Benefits Compensation aligned with MGMA 50th-70th percentile + incentives Sign-on bonus Loan assistance (PSLF eligible) Relocation assistance 20 days PTO $2,500 CME allowance Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance Retirement plans (403b with match + 457b) Malpractice coverage with tail Practice Highlights No labor & delivery responsibilities Flexible schedule for improved work-life balance Advanced robotic surgery capabilities Opportunity for teaching and mentorship Strong referral base ensures immediate volume Location & Lifestyle Located in Warren Near the Allegheny National Forest and Allegheny Reservoir Outdoor recreation: hiking, boating, fishing, skiing, and more Family-friendly community with excellent schools and affordable housing Close to major cities including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo Why This Opportunity Stands Out Pure gynecology focus with no OB call Flexible scheduling options Access to advanced robotic surgical technology Strong compensation with loan forgiveness eligibility Ideal mix of procedural practice and lifestyle balance
