CSL Behring seeks a Director of Search & Evaluation to lead external-innovation sourcing and evaluation for Haematology, shaping early partnering strategies and driving transactions with BD collaboration. This hybrid role operates onsite at one of several hubs, including Waltham, MA, with regular cross-functional collaboration within the Therapeutic Area Leadership Team.
