Job description
CSL Behring is seeking a Director of Search & Evaluation to lead strategic sourcing and evaluation of external innovation in Haematology. Embedded within the Therapeutic Area Leadership Team (TALT), the role shapes early asset strategy from preclinical through Phase 1 and drives partnering and transactions in collaboration with Business Development.
The position is hybrid-based onsite (3 days a week) at one of our R&D hub sites: Zurich, Maidenhead, Waltham, or King of Prussia.
